Since 1936 we have been developing, producing and selling high-quality paints and coating systems. As a medium-sized company with our main plant in Belm near Osnabrück and a branch plant in Stegelitz near Magdeburg.

Mareike Bartels leads OSNATOL as sole managing director in the third generation.

Mareike Bartels has been part of OSNATOL since 2011 and knows the company from a wide range of perspectives. Along the way she worked in all departments, gaining a comprehensive insight into the processes and requirements of the paint factory.
In parallel, from 2012 to 2016 she completed a work-integrated degree in industrial engineering at Bielefeld University of Applied Sciences. In 2019 she took on responsibility in the management.
Since 1 January 2025, Mareike Bartels has led OSNATOL as sole managing director and thus the owner-managed family business in the third generation.
